Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro (snipped fine)
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley (snipped fine)
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice (1 Lime)

Finely Chopped:

  • 1 1/2 – 2 Cups Tomatoes (1 Lg can, drained)
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet (Green/Red) Pepper
  • (Optional, add 1 Anaheim Pepper and add a bit less sweet pepper or add a bit more tomato)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion
  • 1 Hot Pepper
  • 2 Jalepenos

Instructions

Mix and Refrigerate.
