Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro (snipped fine)
- 1 Tbsp Parsley (snipped fine)
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice (1 Lime)
Finely Chopped:
- 1 1/2 – 2 Cups Tomatoes (1 Lg can, drained)
- 1/2 Cup Sweet (Green/Red) Pepper
- (Optional, add 1 Anaheim Pepper and add a bit less sweet pepper or add a bit more tomato)
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion
- 1 Hot Pepper
- 2 Jalepenos
