Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft goat cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- Desired amount of shredded Cheddar or Chipotle Cheddar
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 Jalepeno peppers cut into half lengthwise
- cooking spray
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Directions
Heat grill to medium high heat
Combine first 7 ingredients, stir well. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of cheese mixture into each pepper half. Place pepper halves, cheese side up, on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill peppers for about 5 minutes. To serve, sprinkle with cilantro.
Tips
Its an easy one to “wing” – primarily need goat and cream cheese, then a third of your liking. Consider adding bacon bits and spices..
